Blue Mermaid Lemonade made with Copra's 100% pure Nam Hom coconut water

Mermaid Lemonade


This refreshing bluetiful lemonade is a powerhouse of antioxidants! Blue spirulina is a superfood that improves cholesterol and triglyceride levels, suppresses oxidation, reduces blood pressure, and lowers fasting blood sugar levels. 🤩 💙 Paired with our 100% pure Nam Hom coconut water it creates the ultimate beverage rich in electrolytes and antioxidants! #TasteTheDifference 🌴

Ingredients

1 lemon, juiced
⅛ cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar
1 tsp blue spirulina
1 cup Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water
Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1. Start by juicing the lemons then strain the lemon juice to remove any seeds or pulp.
Step 2. In a mixing pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, Copra's organic coconut nectar, blue spirulina powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Step 3. Pour in the Copra's coconut water while continuing to stir the mixture.
Step 4. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the Mermaid Lemonade over the ice.
Step 5. Garnish each glass with the foam from the mixture and a sprinkle of blue spirulina powder for an extra pop of color reminiscent of the ocean and flavor.
