Ingredients

2 fresh limes (peeled, both green and white parts removed)
1 ½  cups water
1 cup Copra’s Coconut Smoothie
¼ cup coconut condensed milk
Ice cubes
Mint leaves & lime slices (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1. Peel the limes completely, removing both the green skin and white pith. Cut into chunks and blend with water for just a few seconds—enough to release flavor, but not too long to avoid bitterness.

Step 2. Strain the mixture to remove pulp and solids, keeping only the infused lime water. Pour the liquid back into the blender.

Step 3. Add Copra’s Coconut Smoothie, coconut condensed milk, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 4. Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices. Refresh and enjoy!
