Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. All items are carefully packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they remain at safe temperatures during transit.
While we do not accept returns, refund or replacement requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Refund requests are considered for products that arrive damaged or defective. To request a refund, contact info@copracoconuts.com with the required information: order number, full name, detailed description, and clear photo or video evidence of all original packaging materials, including the box and products.
Requests submitted without complete and clear documentation will not be eligible for review.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Note: Partially defrosted items are not eligible for a refund, as they remain safe for consumption.
Replacements
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders may be eligible for a replacement. Customers must report the issue immediately to info@copracoconuts.com with the required documentation.
Replacement requests must include: order number, full name, detailed description, and clear photo or video evidence of all original packaging materials, including the box and products.
Requests submitted without complete and clear documentation will not be eligible for review.
Approved replacement orders will be processed and shipped using our standard shipping method.
