Zen Garden Bowl

Zen Garden Bowl Step-by-Step

Ingredients 

Smoothie Base
1 cup Frozen Banana
1 cup Copra’s Coconut Smoothie
½ cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Meat
1 tbsp Matcha powder
chopped strawberries from the toppings 


Top 

Fresh strawberries
Fresh blueberries
Legumes
(Use a pastry cutter to create fun shapes from the toppings.)

Instructions 

Step 1. Prepare the smoothie base by adding frozen banana, Copra’s Coconut SmoothieCopra’s Organic Coconut Meat, and matcha powder into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 2. Using a pastry cutter, shape the strawberries into your desired forms. Set aside your toppings.

Step 3. Chop the remaining strawberries and layer them at the bottom of the bowl for added texture. Then, pour the smoothie over them and set it aside.

Step 4. Garnish the smoothie bowl with the shaped fruits, legumes, and blueberries. Serve and enjoy your peaceful green moment!
