Ingredients

1 cup Copra’s Organic Coconut water

¼ cup Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat

2 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar

1 whole ripe banana

A handful of spinach 

Instructions

Step 1. Combine Copra’s Organic Coconut Water, Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat, Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar, ripe banana, and a handful of spinach in a blender.

Step 2. Blend for 5-10 seconds, just enough to leave chunks for texture. Enjoy!
