Ingredients

⅛ cup instant coffee
⅛ cup Copra’s Coconut Nectar
⅛ cup hot water
1 cup cashew milk

Instructions

Step 1. In a bowl, combine instant coffee, hot water, and Copra’s Coconut Nectar. Use a whisk or mixer to whip until smooth and creamy.
Step 2. Pour cashew milk into a glass, then top with the whipped coffee mixture. Enjoy!
