Homemade Cashew Milk

Step by Step Cashew Milk
Craving something creamy and delicious? Cashew milk is your go-to! This smooth, dairy-free milk alternative is made from blended cashews and water, giving you a rich, slightly sweet flavor that's perfect for everything from smoothies to coffee. It’s easy to make at home, loaded with nutrients, and great for vegans or anyone looking to shake up their milk game. Say goodbye to boring and hello to creamy, dreamy cashew milk!

Ingredients

2 cups cashews
2 tbsp Copra’s Coconut Nectar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
4 cups water (for soaking)
4 cups water (for blending)
1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

Step 1. Soak the cashews in a bowl of water for 4-5 hours to soften.
Step 2. Once soaked, drain the cashews and transfer them to a blender.
Step 3. Add water, Copra’s Coconut Nectar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Step 4. Pour the blended mixture into a glass for immediate enjoyment, or transfer it to a bottle. Cover with a lid and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
