Bring the beach to your glass with the Beachside Mojito, a refreshing blend of zesty lime, fresh mint, and creamy coconut. This twist on the classic mojito pairs the cool, crisp flavors of rum and Copra’s Coconut Water with the natural sweetness of coconut nectar, creating a perfectly balanced cocktail that’s as refreshing as an ocean breeze.
Ingredients
⅛ cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar
1 lime, cut into wedges
Fresh mint leaves
½ oz coconut cream
¼ cup Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water
3 oz rum
Ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1. In a glass, add 2-3 lime wedges and use a masher or pestle to extract the juice. Add a handful of mint leaves and mash again to release the aroma.
Step 2. Add Copra’s Coconut Nectar, coconut cream, rum, Malibu Coconut Liqueur, Copra’s Coconut Water, and some ice to the glass. Stir until well combined.
Step 3. Add ice cubes to the mashed lime and mint base, then pour the cocktail mixture over it.
Step 4. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime. Enjoy!
