Whipped Iced Chocolate

This decadent drink combines the rich taste of cocoa powder with the sweetness of Copra’s Coconut Nectar and the smoothness of coconut cream. Poured over ice-cold cashew milk and garnished with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs, it’s a perfect treat for any time of day, offering both comfort and indulgence in every sip.

Ingredients

2 tbsp cacau powder
⅛ cup Copra’s Coconut Nectar
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 ¼ cup cashew milk
1 pinch of cacao nibs
Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1. In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, Copra’s Coconut Nectar, and coconut cream. Whisk or blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the cashew milk. Top with the whipped cocoa mixture.
Step 3. Garnish with a dust of cacao powder and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
