Step by Step Watermelon Shaved Ice

Refresh your taste buds with every bite! 🌤️🍉🍨Our Watermelon Shaved Ice is a refreshing treat topped with Coconut Chips, a splash of Tajín, and a hint of Clásico Seasoning with lime. Savor the refreshing taste of tropical fusion! 🏝️✨

Ingredients

1 Watermelon juiced
1 oz lemon juice
1 tbsp Copra’s Coconut Nectar
¼ cup Copra’s Baked Coconut Chips
1 tbsp Tajín Chamoy
1 tsp Tajín Clásico Seasoning

Instructions

Step 1. Take the remaining watermelon from the Watermelon Jello recipe and freeze it overnight until firm.
Step 2. Remove the frozen watermelon from the freezer. Use a fork to scrape it into chunks and scoop them into a glass.
Step 3. Drizzle with Tajín Chamoy, then sprinkle with Tajín Clásico Seasoning. Top it up with Copra’s Coconut Chips and enjoy!
