Spicy Coconut Margarita

Spice up your cocktail hour with a fiery twist on the classic margarita. This Spicy Coconut Margarita brings together the tang of lime, the smoothness of coconut cream, and the kick of a Thai red chili, all perfectly balanced with silver tequila and Malibu Coconut Liqueur. A sprinkle of Tajin around the rim adds an extra layer of zest, making this drink a bold and unforgettable experience.

Spicy Coconut Margarita

Ingredients

3 oz Silver (Blanca) Tequila
⅛ cup lime juice
½ oz coconut cream
1 oz Malibu Coconut Liqueur
¼ cup Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water
1 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar
1 Thai Red Chili Coconut flakes
Tajin or red chili flakes
Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1. In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, Copra’s Coconut Nectar, Copra’s Coconut Water, coconut cream, silver tequila, and Malibu Coconut Liqueur. Stir until well combined.
Step 2. Rim another glass with a lime slice, then dip the rim in Tajin or red chili flakes.
Step 3. Add ice cubes to the prepared glass, pour in the cocktail mixture, garnish with coconut flakes, and enjoy!
