Pink Coconut Martini

Ingredients

¼ cup Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water
2 oz gin
2 oz vodka
Copra’s Organic Frozen Young Thai Coconut Meat
Ice cubes
1 tbsp lime juice (Optional)

Instructions

Step 1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Copra’s Coconut Water, lime juice, gin, vodka, and ice cubes. Stir until well combined.
Step 2. Pour the mixed cocktail into the martini glass, garnish with a slice of Copra’s Organic Frozen Young Thai Coconut Meat and enjoy!
