Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar
1/2 cup Copra’s Baked Coconut Chips
1 tbsp cup chia seeds
1/8 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp pandan powder

Instructions

Step 1. In a blender, add Copra’s Organic Freeze-Dried Coconut Meat, oatmeal, almond flour, chia seeds, cashew nuts, salt, coconut flakes, Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar, and pandan powder. Blend until well mixed.
Step 2. Put it in the fridge to let it set and firm up.
Step 3. On a separate plate, pour pandan powder, chopped white chocolate, and crack Copra’s Coconut Chips into flakes.
Step 4. Hand mold the mixture into small balls, then roll them in flaked Copra’s Coconut Chips, chopped white chocolate, and pandan powder.
Step 5. Place it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Then enjoy your delicious Energy Bliss Ball!
