Tropical Fruit Parfait

This tropical parfait layers Copra’s tender coconut meat with creamy coconut yogurt and crisp biscuits for texture. Coconut nectar adds a light sweetness that ties everything together. Finished with passion fruit or mango, it’s bright, fresh, and satisfying without being heavy.

Tropical Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

1 cup Copra Young Thai Frozen Coconut Meat, chopped
1 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp Copra Coconut Nectar
1 cup coconut biscuits
Fresh tropical fruits, passion fruit and mangoes

Instructions

Step 1. Layer coconut yogurt, chopped coconut meat, and granola in a glass.
Step 2. Drizzle coconut nectar between layers for sweetness.
Step 3. Top with fresh fruit and a few toasted coconut flakes.
