Cinnamon Caramel Oat Porridge

Cinnamon Caramel Oat Porridge

This porridge transforms simple oats into something indulgent, thanks to a quick coconut sugar caramel infused with cinnamon. The oats cook to a creamy base with Copra’s coconut smoothie, adding richness without dairy. Swirled together, it’s a warm, comforting breakfast with just the right hint of natural sweetness.

Ingredients

1 cup oats
2 cups Copra Coconut smoothie
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Copra Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp coconut cream
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup shredded apples

Instructions

Step 1. In a pot, cook oats with coconut milk (or water) and salt until creamy.
Step 2. In a separate pan, melt Coconut Sugar with 1 tbsp water until it turns syrupy and dark amber.
Step 3. Stir in coconut cream and cinnamon to form a smooth caramel.
Step 4. Swirl the caramel into the porridge before serving.
