Vegan Matcha and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

1 cup Greek or vegan yogurt
1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp Copra’s organic coconut nectar
1/4 cup homemade granola

Instructions

Step 1. To a medium size bowl add your yogurt, matcha powder, and organic coconut nectar. Combine it well.
Step 2. To a cup add the yogurt mixture, then a layer of your favorite granola.
Step 3. Repeat the layers once or twice, then serve.
