Step by Step Low GI Lemonade: Made with Copra's organic coconut nectar and sparkling coconut nectar

Ingredients

¼  cup lemon juice
⅛ cup mint leaves
⅛ cup Copra’s Organic Coconut  Nectar
1 bottle Copra’s Sparkling Coconut Nectar
1-2 cups Ice

Instructions

Step 1. Freshly squeeze your lemon juice.
Step 2. To a tall glass add a generous drizzle of Copra’s organic coconut nectar into a glass.
Step 3. Add ice, then the lemon slices to the glass.
Step 4. Gently pour the lemon juice into the glass.
Step 5. Then pour the sparkling coconut nectar into the glass.  Step 6.Garnish with more lemon sliced and mint leaves. Enjoy!
