This delicious drink brings together the aromatic depth of black tea and the velvety creaminess of almond while keeping sugar levels in check. Sip on this iced Thai tea for a tasty peek into Thailand's vibrant culinary heritage πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡­βœ¨

Ingredients

3 black tea bags
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons Copra's organic coconut nectar
Ice cubes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Step 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Step 2. Add the black tea bags to the boiling water, remove it from heat, and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
Step 3. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
Step 4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Copra's organic coconut nectar into the tea concentrate. You can adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more coconut nectar if desired.
Step 5. Refrigerate the Thai tea concentrate until it's chilled.
Step 6. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled Thai tea concentrate into the glass, filling it halfway.
Step 7. Slowly pour the unsweetened almond milk over the tea concentrate. You can adjust the milk-to-tea ratio according to your taste.
Step 8. Serve immediately and enjoy your guilt-free, low glycemic index Thai Tea.
