Jack Frost Step-By-Step

Ingredients

1 tsp blue spirulina powder

1 cup coconut milk (frozen into ice cubes)

1 cup pineapple juice

⅛ cup lemon juice

3 oz rum

1 tbsp Copra’s Coconut Nectar

A handful of coconut flakes

instructions

Step 1. Prepare the iced coconut milk by pouring coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freezing until solid.

Step 2. In a blender, combine the coconut milk ice cubes, pineapple juice, lemon juice, rum, and blue spirulina powder. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Step 3. To rim the glass, pour Copra’s Coconut Nectar onto a small plate. Dip the rim of the glass in the nectar, then into the coconut flakes to coat the rim with a snowy effect.

Step 4. Pour the Jack Frost cocktail into the prepared glass. Enjoy!
