Low GI Ginger Lemon Tea made with Copra's low GI organic coconut nectar
Ready to cozy up with a warm, comforting drink that's not only soothing but also low on the glycemic index? Look no further than this Low GI Ginger Lemon Tea! This easy-to-make tea combines the zing of ginger, the freshness of lemon, and the subtle sweetness of coconut nectar. Follow the simple steps, and in no time, you'll have a delightful tea that's as good for your taste buds as it is for your well-being.

Ingredients

⅛ cup Ginger1 bag black tea bag or loose leaf tea 
⅛ cup lemon juice
⅛ cup Copra's organic coconut Nectar
4 pieces lemon slices
2 cup water

Instructions

Step 1. To a pot add 2 cups of water. Bring to a simmer.
Step 2. Add the peeled and sliced ginger, and black tea. Bring it to a boil.
Step 3. Turn off the heat, then add coconut nectar and lemon juice.
Step 4. Strain the tea into a pot, then add fresh mint, sliced lemon and ginger. Enjoy!
