Dalgona Coconut Water

Dalgona Coconut Water

This came out of one of those hot afternoons when coffee felt too heavy but plain coconut water felt… boring. I wanted something playful, refreshing, and a little indulgent, without losing that clean feeling. This is my tropical answer to the dalgona trend.

Dalgona Coconut Water

 Ingredients

2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp Copra’s organic coconut sugar
14 oz Copra’s organic coconut water
Ice

Instructions

Step 1. first, add instant coffee and hot water to a bowl and whip until thick, light, and fluffy.
Step 2. next, fill a glass with ice and pour in cold Copra coconut water.
Step 3. then, gently spoon the whipped coffee on top.
Step 4. finally, stir before drinking or sip through the layers for a contrast of bitter and naturally sweet.
