Ingredients
2 espresso shots
1 cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Water
1/3 cup Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat, thinly sliced
1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1. Prepare your espresso shot.
Step 2. Thinly slice the Young Thai Coconut Meat and roll it onto a cocktail pick.
Step 3. In a glass, add ice, followed by the sliced coconut meat.
Step 4. Pour Copra’s Organic Coconut Water over the ice.
Step 5. Gently pour the espresso shot into the glass.
Step 6. Garnish with the coconut meat on a cocktail pick and enjoy!
