Ingredients

1 red apple
1 green apple
1 cup Copra’s organic young Thai coconut meat
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
3 tbsp Copra’s organic coconut nectar
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Step 1. Pre-heat your oven at 375F (190C).
Step 2. Cut your apples and coconut meat into inch size pieces.
Step 3. Place it in a bowl, then add lemon juice, vanilla extract, 2 tbsp organic coconut nectar and cinnamon. Combine well.
Step 4. In a seared bowl add the all purpose flour, almond flour, 1 tbsp organic coconut nectar and chopped nuts. Mix it all together until it crumbles.
Step 5. Pour the apple and coconut mixture into a baking tray.
Step 6. Top it up with the crumbs.
Step 7. Place it in the oven to at for 30 minutes at 375F (190C).
Step 8. Once it’s out of the oven, serve with our PSL ice cream and enjoy!
