Virgin Kiwi Mojito

Virgin Kiwi Mojito

Zesty, juicy, and bursting with tropical fizz! We mash fresh kiwi, mix in Coconut Nectar and Coconut Water, then top it off with Coconut Sparkling for a mojito mocktail that’s refreshing and bright!

Step by step

Ingredients

1 ripe kiwi (half for mashing, half for garnish)
1 tbsp Copra’s Coconut Nectar
½ cup Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water
Sparkling water (to top off)
Fresh mint sprigs
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Ice

Instructions

Step 1. Peel the kiwi and cut it in half. Dice one half into small chunks for muddling, and slice the other half for garnish.
Step 2. In a tall glass, add the kiwi chunks and Copra’s Coconut Nectar. Gently mash them with a muddler or the back of a spoon until pulpy.
Step 3. Add a handful of ice, pour in the coconut water, and top with sparkling water.
Step 4. Garnish with fresh mint, sliced kiwi, and a lemon slice. Stir gently and enjoy the tropical fizz!
