Step by step

Ingredients

1½ cups fresh pink guava
1 cup Copra’s Coconut Water (14 oz)
¼ cup coconut milk
1 lime wedge (for rimming)
Tajín (for rimming)
1 fresh jalapeño (optional, sliced for garnish)
1 cup ice Garnish: guava slice on a cocktail stick

Instructions

Step 1. Rinse and cut the guava into chunks. Thinly slice jalapeño (optional, for garnish) and set aside.
Step 2. In a blender, combine guava chunks, Copra’s Coconut Water, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth, then strain through a mesh sieve to remove pulp. Set aside.
Step 3. Rim a glass with lime juice, then dip into Tajín to coat. Fill the glass with ice.
Step 4. Gently pour the guava-coconut blend into the prepared glass. Garnish with a few jalapeño slices and a piece of guava on a cocktail stick.
