Cucumber Lime Fresca Step-By-Step

Ingredients

1 1large cucumbers
Juice of 1 1 lime
1 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar
1 ½. 1 cups 100% Pure Copra’s Coconut Water 
1 cup ice
Optional garnish: cucumber slices, fresh mint


Instructions

Step 1. Rinse and peel the cucumbers. Slice them in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Cut the seedless cucumber into chunks.

Step 2. In a blender, combine the cucumber chunks, lime juice, Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar, and Copra’s Coconut Water. Blend until completely smooth.

Step 3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp for a smooth finish.

Step 4. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the cucumber-lime blend, and garnish with cucumber slices and mint leaves. Refresh and enjoy!
