Papaya Banana Apple High Fiber Smoothie

Sweet papaya, ripe banana, crisp apple, and Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie come together in this naturally creamy, fiber-rich blend. A drizzle of Copra Organic Coconut Nectar adds just the right amount of caramel-like sweetness without overpowering the fresh fruit.

Ingredients

2 cups (480 ml) Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie
1 cup (150 g) ripe papaya, cubed
1 medium banana
1 medium apple, cored and diced
2 tbsp Copra Organic Coconut Nectar
½ cup ice (optional)

Instructions

Step 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Step 2. Pour into two glasses.
Step 3. Garnish with diced apple and papaya before serving.

Melon Cooler

Sometimes simple really is best. This refreshing drink uses only fresh melon and Copra Organic Coconut Water to create an incredibly light, hydrating cooler that's perfect for hot afternoons.

The naturally sweet melon pairs beautifully with coconut water, making this one of the easiest summer drinks you'll make.

Ingredients

2 cups (480 ml) Copra Organic Coconut Water
2 cups (300 g) ripe melon

Instructions

Step 1. Blend the melon and coconut water until smooth.
Step 2. Strain the foam and reserve it.
Step 3. Pour into two glasses and spoon the foam back over the top.
Step 4. Garnish with melon balls and enjoy immediately.

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

If you're after something a little more filling, this creamy banana peanut butter smoothie is the answer. Greek yogurt, peanut butter, Copra Organic Coconut Water, and our Organic Young Thai Coconut Meat create a rich, satisfying smoothie that's perfect after a workout or as a balanced breakfast.

1 cup (240 ml) Copra Organic Coconut Water
½ cup (120 g) Copra Organic Young Thai Coconut Meat
¾ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 bananas
½ cup ice

Instructions

Step 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Step 2. Divide between two glasses.
Step 3. Finish with sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Black Sesame Cloud Smoothie

Black sesame has become one of this year's standout café flavors, and for good reason. Rich, nutty, and slightly earthy, it pairs perfectly with coconut.

This smoothie blends Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie, Organic Young Thai Coconut Meat, black sesame butter, and black sesame powder before being topped with a light sesame coconut cream. The result is a café-worthy drink that's every bit as beautiful as it is delicious.

1½ cups (360 ml) Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie
½ cup (120 g) Copra Organic Young Thai Coconut Meat
2 tbsp vegan coconut condensed milk
2 tbsp black sesame powder
3 tbsp black sesame butter
½ cup ice

Sesame Cloud

½ cup coconut whipping cream, whipped
1 tbsp black sesame powder
1 tbsp vegan coconut condensed milk

Instructions

Step 1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until creamy.
Step 2. Fold together the whipped coconut cream, sesame powder, and coconut condensed milk.
Step 3. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
Step 4. Top with the sesame cloud and finish with a dusting of black sesame powder.
