100% Pure Coconut Water

Watermelon Slushy

A refreshing summer slushy made with just two simple ingredients. Naturally sweet, hydrating, and packed with electrolytes, it's the easiest way to cool down on a hot day.

Ingredients

3 cups watermelon, cut into chunks and frozen
1/4 cup Copra's 100% pure coconut water
Tajín, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized chunks and freeze until completely solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 2. Add the frozen watermelon and 1/4 cup of 100% pure coconut water to a high-speed blender.
Step 3. Blend until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of coconut water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Step 4. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Step 5. Sprinkle with Tajín, if desired, for a sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy finish.
