Ingredients

1 lemon *zested and juiced
1 tsp matcha powder
4 oz Copra's 100% Pure Coconut Water
Warm water
Ice

Instructions

Step 1. Start by zesting and juicing a lemon
Step 2. Add 1 tsp of matcha powder to a bowl
Step 3. Pour 1 oz warm water over the matcha and whisk well
Step 4. Add ice to a glass, then pour in the lemon zest and juice
Step 5. Pour 4 oz of Copra’s 100% pure coconut water into the glass
Step 6. Top it up with the matcha and garnish with a lemon slice and peel
