Step by Step Watermelon Jello

Cool down with our Watermelon Jello! 🌿🍉 Made inside a juicy watermelon, with our 100% Pure Coconut Water and a touch of organic Coconut Nectar, this refreshing jello is the perfect summer treat. Mixed fruits add a burst of flavor to every bite, while our coconut water provides hydration and extra nutrition! Dive into a hydrating dessert that’s both fun and nutritious! 🌴💧

Ingredients

1 Watermelon
1 tbsp Agar agar
2 cups Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water
⅛ cup Copra’s Coconut Nectar
3 cups Mixed fruit

Instructions

Step 1. Slice off the top of the watermelon and use a hand mixer to scoop out the flesh, creating a hollow inside.
Step 2. Prepare a mix of your favorite fruits.
Step 3. In a pot, bring Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water to a simmer.
Step 4. Add agar-agar and continue to simmer briefly. Remove the pot from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 5. Fill the hollowed watermelon with the mixed fruit and pour in the agar-agar coconut water mixture. Refrigerate until it sets.
Step 6. Once set, remove the watermelon from the fridge, cut it into halves or any desired shapes, and enjoy!
