Ingredients

â…“ cup green chili peppers
ÂĽ cup fresh green chili
3 cloves garlic
â…› cup red onions
ÂĽ cup sliced lemongrass
â…› cup galangal
1 Kaffir lime *skin only
3 pieces cilantro roots
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp roasted and ground coriander seeds
1 tsp salt
â…› cup water

Instructions

Step 1. Clean and prepare all the fresh ingredients.
Step 2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
