Vegan Thai Green Curry Paste
Elevate your Thai Green Curry game with homemade Green Curry Paste! Ingredients

⅓ cup green chili peppers
¼ cup fresh green chili
3 cloves garlic
⅛ cup red onions
¼ cup sliced lemongrass
⅛ cup galangal
1 Kaffir lime *skin only
3 pieces cilantro roots
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp roasted and ground coriander seeds
1 tsp salt
⅛ cup water

Instructions

Step 1. Clean and prepare all the fresh ingredients.
Step 2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
