- 1/2 cup finely diced mango
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Copra’s organic freeze-dried coconut meat
InstructionsStep 1. Start by dicing your mangos into small pieces.
Step 2. Add the cooled coconut cream and vanilla extract to a medium-sized bowl. Blend until it creates stiff picks.
Step 3. Crumble your freeze-dried coconut meat into smaller chunks.
Step 4. Assemble by layering the coconut cream on the bottom of your class, then add the mangoes and freeze-dried coconut crumbs. Create one more layer following the same steps, then garnish with some mint or basil for a pop of green.
