Copra Coconuts Santas Iced Mint Chocolate

Santa's Iced Mint Chocolate 🎅🏻

Copra Coconuts Santas Iced Mint Chocolate

Here’s what you’ll need to make this delicious vegan iced chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup dark vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Copra’s organic coconut nectar
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/3 cup coconut whipping cream
  • 1 tsp green food coloring
  • 1 tbsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tbsp colorful sprinkles

This recipes is not only delicious and easy to make, but you can keep it ready to drink in the fridge up to 3 days.

Instructions:

Once you have all of your ingredients, heat your milk for a minute or two in the microwave, then add your chocolate chips, Copra’s organic coconut nectar and stir well until everything is homogeneously combined.

Set your chocolate milk aside while you make the whipped cream.

The whipped cream will be our Christmas tree, I chose to make it green, but you can keep it white or add other colors like red or blue.

Into a tall bowl or cup add the coconut cream, peppermint extract, coloring and a drizzle of Copra’s organic coconut nectar. Whip it in high speed until the cream form stiff picks.

Once you have everything ready to go it’s time to assemble our drink.

Fill you glass with ice, then pour your milk chocolate over the ice.

Add the whipped coconut cream into a popping bag with your favorite tip attached, carefully pipe the cream into a pine tree shape.

Add the sprinkles and to make it even more festive and a little fancy, you can add a tiny piece of edible gold leaf or start shaped sprinkle to the top of your tree 🌲

PRO-TIP: If you’d like to take photos of the beautiful and festive drink you just created, be fast, as the cream will melt very quick.
