Santa's Cocktail 🍹

Copra Coconuts 2 Santa's Cocktail Glasses and a bottle of Coconut Sparkling Cider

Don’t worry you won’t need a professional cocktail shaker to create this insanely delicious, light and refreshing holiday cocktail!

Today we’ll be using reusable jars to shake everything up and create a extra creamy texture.

You’ll only need a few ingredients, and the sake can be exchanged for other distilled spirits such as gin, vodka or rum.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz sake
  • 2 tbsp homemade strawberry jam
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 4 oz Copra’s sparkling coconut nectar
  • 1/2 cup ice

Utensils:

  • Large glass jar with lid
  • Sieve

Instructions:

This is very simple, add the orange juice, sake, strawberry jam and ice to the jar.

Close the lid and shake it well for a couple seconds.

Sieve the drink into a beautiful cocktail glass, the to make it festive, add Copra’s sparkling coconut nectar.

The sparkling coconut nectar will make the cocktail extra light and fizzy, perfect for the end of year food heavy celebrations.

Copra’s sparkling coconut nectar not only tastes better than your regular sodas and tonics, but it’s also packed with minerals, antioxidants and gut friend bacteria, keeping you balanced and hydrated before, during and after the holidays!
