Christmas Mocktail Step-By-Step

ingredients

1 bottle of Copra’s Coconut Water
1 cup redcurrant 
A handful of fresh rosemary sprigs
1 cup sparkling water 
Ice cube mold

 

instructions

Step 1. Rinse the redcurrant and rosemary thoroughly and place them in the compartments of an ice cube mold. Fill each compartment with Copra’s Coconut Water.

Step 2.
Place the ice cube mold in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the coconut water is fully frozen.

Step 3.
Once the ice cubes are ready, pop them out of the mold and place them in a glass.

Step 4.
Add a sprig of fresh rosemary to the glass for a festive aroma and garnish. Top off with your choice of sparkling water (any flavor you like).

Step 5.
Stir gently and enjoy your refreshing Christmas Mocktail!
