Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

½ cup Pumpkin Puree
½ cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Smoothie
1 cup Frozen Banana
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
⅛ cup Granola
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
A handful of Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat
A sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

Step 1. In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, Copra’s Organic Coconut Smoothie, frozen banana, and pumpkin spice. Blend until smooth.
Step 2. Pour the pumpkin smoothie into a bowl and top with granola, pumpkin seeds, Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat rolls, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
