Youâll need:Â
- 500g raw pumpkinÂ
- 1 tbsp melted butterÂ
How to do it:Â
- Steam 500g of sliced pumpkin for about 20 minutes.Â
- Wait for the pumpkin to cool down completely, then gently peel off the skin. It should fall off easily.Â
- Smash your peeled steam pumpkin with a tablespoon of melted butter. Make sure there are no big chunks of pumpkin left.Â

đ Homemade Pumpkin Spice Mix 2/3
Youâll need:
- 1 clean jarÂ
- 2 tbsp cinnamonÂ
- 1 tsp nutmegÂ
- 1 tsp clove
- 1 tsp turmericÂ
- 1 tsp gingerÂ
How to do it:Â
- Simply combine all of your spices into the jar and shake it well. Do not add sugar.Â
- Your homemade pumpkin spice can be stored in an airtight container up to 6 months đ«

đ Pumpkin Spice Latte 3/3Â
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purĂ©eÂ
- 1 tsp vanilla extractÂ
- 1 tsp of pumpkin spice mix
- 1 tbsp Copraâs Organic Coconut NectarÂ
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 1 espresso shotÂ
How to do it:
- To a large glass add your pumpkin purĂ©e, vanilla extract, homemade pumpkin spice mix and Copraâs Young Coconut Nectar, then pour your coffee over.Â
- Add warmed oat milk and mix well.
- Top it up with pumpkin whipping cream, Copraâs Organic Coconut Nectar and pumpkin spice đÂ
