Copra’s Pumpkin Spice Latte

🎃 Pumpkin Purée 1/3 

You’ll need: 

  • 500g raw pumpkin 
  • 1 tbsp melted butter 

How to do it: 

  • Steam 500g of sliced pumpkin for about 20 minutes. 
  • Wait for the pumpkin to cool down completely, then gently peel off the skin. It should fall off easily. 
  • Smash your peeled steam pumpkin with a tablespoon of melted butter. Make sure there are no big chunks of pumpkin left. 

 

🎃 Homemade Pumpkin Spice Mix 2/3

You’ll need:

  • 1 clean jar 
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp nutmeg 
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp turmeric 
  • 1 tsp ginger 

How to do it: 

  • Simply combine all of your spices into the jar and shake it well. Do not add sugar. 
  • Your homemade pumpkin spice can be stored in an airtight container up to 6 months 🫙

 

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Latte 3/3 

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar 
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1 espresso shot 

How to do it:

  • To a large glass add your pumpkin purée, vanilla extract, homemade pumpkin spice mix and Copra’s Young Coconut Nectar, then pour your coffee over. 
  • Add warmed oat milk and mix well.
  • Top it up with pumpkin whipping cream, Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar and pumpkin spice 😋 

👉 Pro-tip: To make pumpkin whipped cream, add a tablespoon spoon of your pumpkin purée + 1 tsp of sugar.
