Peanut Butter And Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats made with Copra's organic coconut nectar
Get ready for a flavor party with these Peanut Butter and Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats! It's a no-bake wonder that mixes the classic crunch of Rice Krispies with the creamy goodness of peanut butter, sweetened up with Copra's organic coconut nectar. And we didn't stop there, topped with a generous drizzle of melted chocolate, roasted peanuts, and a pinch of sea salt, these treats are like a sweet and salty dance in your mouth. Easy to make and impossible to resist! Let the snacking begin!

Ingredients

7 oz Rice Krispies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Copra’s organic coconut nectar
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

Step 1. In a pan over medium heat, add the peanut butter, coconut nectar, salt, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Combine well.
Step 2. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then remove from the heat and set it aside.
Step 3. In a large bowl, add the Rice Krispies and crushed roasted peanuts.
Step 4. Pour the mixture over the Rice Krispies and peanuts. Mix well.
Step 5. On a parchment-lined tray, add the mixture and evenly flatten it.
Step 6. Put it in the fridge for about 30-50 minutes.
Step 7. Once the Rice Krispie treats are firm, remove from the fridge and place them on a cutting board.
Step 8. Cut the treats into the desired size.
Step 9. Melt the chocolate chips, then drizzle it over the portioned treats. Garnish with more peanuts and sea salt. Enjoy!
