Start with a creamy base of frozen papaya, frozen banana, coconut smoothie, and a pinch of turmeric—blended together for a nutrient-packed, sunshine-filled bite.

Top it off with juicy passionfruit, crunchy granola, and a sprinkle of chia seeds for extra texture, fiber, and flavor.

Taste the tropics in every bite! 🌴💛

Ingredients

Smoothie Base 

⅓ cup Copra’s Coconut Smoothie
⅓ cup frozen papaya
½ frozen banana
Half of a ripe papaya
A pinch of turmeric
1 tbsp oats


Top 

1 tsp chia seeds
1 passionfruit
1 handful of Granola


Instructions

Step 1. Prep ahead by cutting papaya and banana into small pieces. Freeze overnight for a thicker smoothie texture.

Step 2. In a blender, combine frozen papaya, frozen banana,
Copra’s Coconut Smoothie, a little drizzle of Copra’s Coconut Nectar, and a pinch of turmeric. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3. Cut a ripe papaya in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create your smoothie bowl.


Step 4. Pour the smoothie into the papaya boat. Topped with chia seeds, fresh passion fruit, and a handful of Granola for an extra crunch. Enjoy!
