Coconut Coffee Smoothie

Creamy, coconutty, and boosted with espresso.  A smoothie that fuels you through cool fall mornings and cozy afternoons. Served over ice but full of warmth.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

½ cup organic coconut smoothie
⅓ cup organic young Thai coconut meat
1 tbsp organic coconut nectar
1 double espresso (about 2 oz), freshly brewed
Ice to serve

Instructions

Step 1. Add the coconut smoothie, young Thai coconut meat, coconut nectar, and double espresso into a blender.
Step 2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Step 3. Pour over a glass filled with ice. Step 4. Garnish with a single coffee bean for a finishing touch.
