1 cup fresh mulberries
1/3 cup Copra’s organic coconut nectar
Handful of thyme
Step 1. To a pan over medium-low heat, add the mulberries, coconut nectar, and lemon juice. To speed up the process, use a fork or the back of a spatula to smash the mulberries.
Step 2. Gently cook it over medium heat for a few minutes, then add the thyme.
Step 3. Cook it for a few more minutes until most of the mulberry juices have evaporated.
Step 4. Remove from heat, then set it aside.
Step 5. Keep it in an airtight and sterilized jar for a month. Spread it on toast, yogurt bowls, and even desserts. Enjoy!
