Matcha x Coconut Nectar

Matcha x Coconut Nectar

Matcha x Coconut Nectar

This is the easiest & healthiest way to add sweetness to your favorite drinks without compromising on flavor 🍵✨

👉 By pairing Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar with matcha you’re creating your own antioxidant powerhouse 💫

🍵 Just like our organic coconut nectar, matcha powder is also loaded with amino acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that helps fight cell degeneration while giving you the daily caffeine boost you need 🤩

Matcha is also very high in a catechin called EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), which is believed to have cancer-fighting effects on the body 💪

🥛 When it comes to picking your milk, it’s good to consider a couple things. Nutritional density, how it sits with you (some people can’t do dairy) and also, how it tastes!

Oat milk seemed like a good compromise, because it is full of fibre, plant-based protein, and promotes a healthy digestive system… so good for the body and for the planet.. And it actually tastes really good and it is much creamier than other plant-based options 🌱

For this drink you’ll need:

  • 1 tsp match powder
  • 4 oz hot water (preferably between 165-175F)
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar
  • 1/2 cup ice
To make your matcha first whisk the powder with about half of water to make a paste. Then add the rest of your water and whisk using a w shape motion until it’s frothy and there are no clumps of dried powder.

Drizzle your glass with Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar, then fill it with ice.

Pour oat milk over the ice then top it all up with your bright green foamy matcha 🍵

Enjoy it warm or cold, perfect for every season ⛄️
