Copra's Gluten-free Pie Crumble

This is probably one of the most delicious pie crumbles I’ve ever tasted! It’s buttery, crunchy, and super easy to make 🤩

To make this incredible gluten-free pie crumple you’ll only need a few ingredients and a food processor or blender.

Instructions:

Add all of your ingredients into a food processor or blender, then pulse until everything is combined and the consistency looks like crunchy wet sand.

I prefer to pulse because it leaved slightly bigger chunks of freeze dried coconut creating a crunchier crumble after baking. 

This is not only the ultimate gluten-free pie crumble, you can turn this into granola for your smoothie bowls, yogurts, fruits and salads. It’ll add a nice buttery crunch to anything!
