To make this incredible gluten-free pie crumple you’ll only need a few ingredients and a food processor or blender.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup Copra’s freeze dried young coconut meat
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add all of your ingredients into a food processor or blender, then pulse until everything is combined and the consistency looks like crunchy wet sand.
I prefer to pulse because it leaved slightly bigger chunks of freeze dried coconut creating a crunchier crumble after baking.
This is not only the ultimate gluten-free pie crumble, you can turn this into granola for your smoothie bowls, yogurts, fruits and salads. It’ll add a nice buttery crunch to anything!
