Ingredients
1 cup sago
5 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup Copra’s Organic Frozen Young Thai Coconut Meat
1 cup sugar
⅓ cup corn
1 tsp salt
2 pandan leaves
Instructions
Step 1. Fill a pot halfway with water, add pandan leaf, and bring to a boil. Remove pandan leaf.
Step 2. Add sago to the boiling water, add sugar, and continue boiling until sago turns clear.
Step 3. Add corn and sliced Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Step 4. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Step 5. Serve in a bowl and wait for coconut milk sauce on top.
Coconut milk sauce
Step 1. In a pot, add coconut milk, pandan leaf, and salt.
Step 2. Heat on medium to low and stir until it simmers.
Step 3. Pour over the sago mixture in the bowl and enjoy!
