Frothy Iced Chocolate

Frothy Iced Chocolate

Frothy Iced Chocolate made with Copra's organic coconut nectar
This recipe reminds me of my childhood summers! It was always sunny out, the sun was shining bright, and the sky was bright blue.
My cousins and I would wake up late, have a big glass of blended iced chocolate for breakfast, then run outside to play all day long.

This is such an easy recipe, and it’s delicious. And even a kid can make this!

This frothy iced chocolate is a vegan and sugar-free version. Enriched with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Because we’re not kids anymore. We care about our health!

Ingredients

2 cups oat milk
3 tbsp 100% cacao powder
3 tbsp Copra’s organic coconut nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup 70% chocolate chips
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1. Add your oat milk, vanilla extract, cacao powder, coconut nectar, and ice to a blender.
Step 2. Blend it well until it looks thick and frothy. It should take 3 to 4 minutes at high speed.
Step 3. Melt your dark chocolate with coconut oil for a few seconds in the microwave.
Step 4. With the help of a spoon, drizzle a generous amount of the melted chocolate onto the sides of your glass.
Step 5. Once the iced chocolate milk is frothy and lush, pour it into the glass. Enjoy!
