Blue Planet Smoothie Step-By-Step

Ingredients

Earthy Layer

half of a ripe Avocado

2 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar

Cloud Layer

Coconut yogurt

Sky Layer

1 cup frozen banana

1  cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Smoothie

½ cup Pineapple juice

1 tsp Blue Spirulina powder

Instructions

Step 1. In a tall glass, add ripe avocado and Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar. Use a masher or fork to smash them together until smooth.

Step 2. Using the back of a spoon, spread coconut yogurt along the inside of the glass to create a cloud effect.

Step 3. In a blender, combine frozen banana, Copra’s Organic Coconut Smoothie, pineapple juice, and blue spirulina powder. Blend until smooth.

Step 4. Pour the sky smoothie into the prepared glass. Stir gently before drinking. Enjoy!
