No fancy chef skills needed—just a whole lot of enthusiasm and a craving for something sweet and tangy 🤩 ✨
Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup Copra’s organic coconut nectar
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup kaffir lime juice
1/8 cup agar agar
Lime zest
Instructions
Step 1. To a pan add the coconut milk. Once it’s starting to simmer add the agar agar and stir continuously.
Step 2. Bring the coconut milk to a boil, then turn off the heat.
Step 3. To a blender add the coconut milk, condensed milk, lime juice and coconut nectar. Blend it for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4. Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover it, then place it in the fridge to firm up.
Step 5. Remove from the fridge, scoop the mousse into a bowl, garnish with lime zest and enjoy!
