Coconut Water Cold-Brew Coffee

Fall mornings just got smoother. Refreshing cold-brew coffee with coconut water keeps you energized and hydrated — the perfect balance for crisp autumn days.

Ingredients (Makes ~4 cups / 32oz)

32 oz (4 cups) 100% pure coconut water
½ cup coarsely ground coffee beans

Instructions

Step 1. In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coconut water and ground coffee.
Step 2. Stir gently to make sure all the coffee grounds are soaked.
Step 3. Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for 12–18 hours.
Step 4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, coffee filter, or cheesecloth into a clean container.
Step 5. Serve chilled over ice. (Optional: garnish with a slice of coconut or a splash of coconut milk.)
