The easiest & tastiest breakfast oats 😋
👉 Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup oat milk *or any other milk you’d like
- 1/3 cup Copra’s Organic Young Coconut Meat
- 2 tbsp Copra’s Coconut Nectar *Low GI natural sweetener
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/4 cup pomegranate
- 1/3 cup roasted pecans
- 2 tbsp almond butter
👉 How to do it
- In a measuring cup combine coconut and oat milk, add Copra’s Coconut Nectar and stir.
- To a jar, add your oats, chia seeds and your diced Copra’s Organic Young Coconut Meat. Pour the milk into the jar and let it set in the fridge overnight.
- Next day finish it up with some almond butter, green apples, pomegranates and diced coconut meat.
- Top it up with some roasted pecans and enjoy 😋
✨ Pro tip: squeeze lemon juice over your apples to keep them from going dark and adding a nice acidity to your oats.
