- 1/2 cup of oatsĀ
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup oat milk *or any other milk youād like
- 1/3 cup Copraās Organic Young Coconut MeatĀ
- 2 tbsp Copraās Coconut Nectar *Low GI natural sweetenerĀ
- 2 tbsp chia seedsĀ
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/4 cup pomegranateĀ
- 1/3 cup roasted pecansĀ
- 2 tbsp almond butterĀ
š How to do itĀ
- In a measuring cup combine coconut and oat milk, add Copraās Coconut Nectar and stir.
- To a jar, add your oats, chia seeds and your diced Copraās Organic Young Coconut Meat. Pour the milk into the jar and let it set in the fridge overnight.
- Next day finish it up with some almond butter, green apples, pomegranates and diced coconut meat.
- Top it up with some roasted pecans and enjoy š
⨠Pro tip: squeeze lemon juice over your apples to keep them from going dark and adding a nice acidity to your oats.Ā
