Coconut Cinnamon Rolls

Coconut Cinnamon Rolls

Wake up to the smell of pure bliss with these Coconut Cinnamon Rolls — a warm, gooey swirl of coconut sugar, cinnamon, and buttery richness wrapped in pillowy dough. Coconut sugar not only adds a rich, caramel-like flavor but also has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar and contains trace minerals like potassium and zinc. Each bite melts in your mouth, with a hint of tropical sweetness and a nutty crunch that makes them impossible to resist.

Coconut Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

¼ cup Copra's organic coconut sugar
1 pack of pre-made dough or puff pastry
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp softened butter or coconut oil
2–3 tbsp crushed nuts (e.g., pecan, walnut)

Instructions

Step 1. Roll out pre-made dough into a rectangle.
Step 2. Spread the butter/coconut oil evenly across.
Step 3. Sprinkle it with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
Step 4. Roll up tightly, slice, and place a parchment lined pan.
